MACE & Jones has promoted two of its partners to become heads of department.
Paul Raftery, 44, takes over the reigns of the 21 staff strong corporate team and Charles Tomlinson, 39, takes over leadership of the dispute resolution department, which has 24 staff.
Both will have firm-wide responsibility managing operations across Manchester, Liverpool and Knutsford.
The latest changes in top level personnel follows the firm’s appointment of 41-year-old Richard Corran as managing partner in December.
Mr Raftery joined the firm in 1997 and has more than 20 years experience of acting for public and private companies in a wide variety of merger and acquisition activity, corporate finance and fund raising.
Mr Tomlinson joined the firm in 1996 and specialises in all aspects of construction and real estate dispute resolution’ acting for some of the biggest firms in the industry across Britain.
