A CONFERENCE is being held for lawyers who specialise in claims on behalf of asbestos disease sufferers.
The event brings together national and international experts to speak on a variety of legal issues concerning litigation claims on behalf of asbestos diseases victims.
The conference will be held on Tuesday June 10 at Merseyside Maritime Museum.
Chaired by Andrew McDonald of 7 Harrington Street Chambers, speakers include experts on asbestos litigation from USA and Australia and Alan Gore and Chris Melton – two leading QCs who represent asbestos disease victims in compensation claims in this country.
Several local lawyers who represent asbestos sufferers are helping to organise the event, with all proceeds going towards the Merseyside Asbestos Victims Supports Group, a charitable organisation that helps victims of asbestos disease and their families and loved ones.
