LAW firm Morecrofts was the sponsor of the recent May Ball held by baby charity Zoe’s Place.

Beatles stilt-walkers welcomed guests to the ball, which included dinner, a prize raffle and auction, casino and live entertainment.

Zoe’s Place offers palliative respite and terminal care for children up to the age of five years with complex and life limiting illnesses.

Appeals director Penny Williams said: “We had 110 people attend what was a lovely evening and we managed to raise just over £5,000.
“Thanks to everyone who made it such a great night.”
