TWO of Liverpool’s leading property players have joined forces to launch Liverpool Commercial. Gregory Abrams Davidson solicitors and Venmore Commercial launched the forum earlier this month to provide a series of free seminars on commercial property, the buy-to-let market and landlord/ tenant issues.

The first seminar “Investing in Property took place at The Property and Home Show held at the Echo Arena Liverpool over March 15 and 16.

Venmore Commercial’s Peter Brack said that the seminars will equip individuals who have interests in property in the city with the knowledge to maximise their investment.

Mr Brack said: “We are able to provide a huge cross section of advice to clients, ranging from how to make structural improvements to a property through to changes in regulations. The forthcoming Energy Performance Certificates will change the landscape for commercial property and clients will require advice on these changes.

Barry Davidson, partner at Gregory Abrams Davidson added: Whilst there is a great deal of speculation about the state of the market, Liverpool is still an excellent investment market. Our solicitors are always available to provide clients with specialist legal advice and property consultancy to ensure they avoid legal pitfalls and to protect themselves in their ventures.

Gregory Abram Davidson have been leading property solicitors in Liverpool for more than 30 years. Venmore Commercial completes more than £500 million worth of property transactions every year.

The seminars will be held on a bi-monthly basis. For further information, contact:
