New system for private client department

BRABNERS Chaffe Street has selected Troika, the computer system developed by software specialist Finapps, for use in its private client department.

Private client practices have often been described as exclusive ‘clubs’ within professional firms supplying the needs of individuals with services ranging from tax and trust work to will drafting. The Troika system was developed for this market niche and Finapps are broadening their client base in the North West region.

‘London has traditionally been seen as a centre of excellence in the Private Client service market, but we are seeing a rise in profile of firms based outside of the City", said Mick Jones Managing Director of Finapps.

‘We have clients all over the UK and Channel Islands but recently we have definitely noticed a shift in our client base outside of London. This is partly because of the availability and costs of quality staff but also because firms like Brabners Chaffe Street who value their Private Client departments are aiming to expand."

Mark Feeny, partner at Brabners Chaffe Street said: "We’re very excited about the Troika system and what it can do for us. We’ve well known for our commitment to private client service and it’s great to find an organisation that shares those values’.
