FORMBY-BASED Gab- riel’s Solicitors is celeb- rating the acquisition of a new practice in Liverpool
The firm, headed by Martin Gabriel, a private client practice specialising in conveyancing, personal injury, company/ commercial work and litigation matters, has taken over Healey Redman, in Prescot which deals primarily with criminal, family and personal injury having legal aid franchises in criminal and family work.
Current partners Adele Redman and Mike Healey will remain at the new practice, which will be known as Gabriel’s Solicitors and will be a three-partner practice.
Martin Gabriel said: “The acquisition is an ideal opportunity to grow into other areas of Merseyside and to provide a full legal service to our existing clients and those of Healey Redman, which will include a full conveyancing service due to our HIP division which includes an in-house home inspector.
“It is a natural progression of the practice which hopefully will continue to expand and grow in 2008.”
