SCOTT Rees & Co Solicitors is living and breathing its new Investors in People status.
The firm has promoted Partner David Byrne to a new strategic role to manage the firm’s core client base and undertake a greater sales and marketing function.
He will be involved in attracting new referrers to the firm which is a major player in the personal injury market, handling thousands of claims from across the UK each year.
David joined Scott Rees as a clerk in 1992 and through the firm’s sponsored development programme, qualified as a solicitor and then became a partner.
His career is a shining example of Scott Rees’ commitment to investing in its people and its innovative approach to training and mentoring.
David, who lives in Maghull, said: “The personal injury market place has undergone a number of significant developments recently and Scott Rees is constantly seeking fresh ways to meet new and unexpected challenges.
