Newly formed PR/Marketing outfit Bella Ubiquity revived one of the city’s old traditions last week when they re-launched First Friday, the lunchtime networking event aimed at those working in the region’s property loop.

The soiree that used to be a regular fixture in the city’s business district attracted some of the cream of the city’s property media, agents, developers, lawyers, architects, and engineers alike.

Held at Room restaurant in Castle Street with around 40 key figures in attendance, Joel Jelen of Bella Ubiquity maintained that its success should guarantee that First Friday becomes a regular fixture again.

He said: “It was an informal gathering by design and lends very well to property types having a relaxing Friday chat and catching up on potential opportunities.

"We attracted the likes of Goodmans, DLA Piper, DWF, Keppie Massie, Knight Frank, Brock Carmichael Architects, Mason Owen, and CBRE to name a few and I know from feedback that people were pleasantly surprised by the calibre of guests in attendance."
