A LEADING legal services professional has become one of the few women to be inducted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Carolyn Roberson, director of client services and development at law firm Hill Dickinson, becomes only the 234th woman Fellow out of more than 2,000 Fellows.

She is a member of the firm’s management board responsible for strategic direction and executive management, and was inducted as a Fellow at a dinner at the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Berkshire headquarters.

Senior partner Tony Wilson said: “Carolyn’s achievement is testament to her significant expertise and experience in marketing and business development.

“She brought that experience to bear when she led Hill Dickson’s negotiations to become exclusive official lawyers and first official partner to Liverpool 08: European Capital of Culture.

She said: “I am delighted to be honoured in this way but I regard it as an honour to be shared with my colleagues and my team.
