Posted by Jim Rymer on July 11, 2007 1:28 PM |

Law firm Silverbeck Rymer has appointed Carole McGuinness as the new Head of Call Centre Operations.

Following the firm's recent decision to become a claimant only practice, it is now looking to maximise its investment in technology and staff to move the businesses forward with renewed focus.

Carole joins from Barclays Bank where she was a Regulated Learning Consultant. She also brings with her 25 years experience in operational claims management, relationship management, training and development and internal business consultancy from the insurance industry.

Said Jim Rymer, Chairman of Silverbeck Rymer:

"I am delighted with Carole's decision to join the firm and I have great expectations. She has the experience, expertise and enthusiasm to expand our call centre capacity as we look to gear up our claimant personal injury practice."

About her plans for the future, Carole said:

"This is an exciting time to join the firm as it embarks on an extensive restructuring and expansion. With its track record of excellent service and professionalism I am confident of continued success.

"My main focus will be to expand the existing call centre to meet the increased demand. In addition, I will look to introduce new operational processes to ensure that we continuously improve our efficiency and effectiveness.

"By building culture of continuous improvement we can guarantee an excellent service to our clients and our business partners and create an environment where staff can reach their full potential."
