LIVERPOOL law firm Morecrofts is merging with Birkenhead-based solicitors Dingle Wright.

Dingle Wright ceased trading under its name on April 1 and became part of Morecrofts, which has offices across Merseyside in Crosby, Liverpool city centre and Woolton. The relaunched office will specialise in family law and will also carry out conveyancing, probate, wills commercial and litigation work with a view to moving into employment and education law in the near future.

Morecrofts managing partner, former Liverpool Law Society president Helen Broughton, said: “We have a strategy for long-term growth into the Wirral and we hope this merger is our first stepping stone.

“We look forward to working with existing employees .
